Registration

The meeting is fully booked and the registration is closed.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is:

• 425 € for students
• 525 € for everyone from the postdoc level on

The registration fee covers: 

• Conference participation (Sunday, September 17 – Wednesday, September 20)  
• Get-together with food and drinks on Sunday, September 17 
• Coffee breaks during the lecture sessions  
• Food and drinks at the poster sessions.  

The conference dinner (25 €) on Tuesday, September 19, must be booked separately during the registration process.  

The registration fee does not include travel and accommodation costs. Participants need to arrange and pay for their own travel and accommodation. Information on hotels pre-booked for the ERM will be provided with the registration confirmation email.

Letters of invitation

Upon request, the ERM 2023 organizers can provide a letter of invitation, after the conference registration payment has been received.
